Uttarakhand Cricket Players Association
- The name of the Association (hereinafter called Association) shall be Uttarakhand Cricket Players Association.
- The Registered Office of the Association shall be _____________________ or at such other place as the members may deem it from time to time & resolve for the same , but would be in the Uttarakhand.
- The aim and objectives of the Association are :-
- a) To promote the cause of Cricket and other sports of the Uttarakhand.
- b) To create a platform for promotion of sports , particularly cricket amongst youngsters and exposures of outstanding talent to International Level.
- c) To provide, establish, control and manage Association for helping needy sports persons.
- d) To organize programmes, competition in the field of sports, with special emphasis on cricket and to provide coaching in this field.
- e) To assist in the organization or promotion of inter state cricket association and of the inter state tournament.
- f) To promote and hold either along or jointly with any other Association, Club or person, cricket matches and competitions to give or contribute toward awards and distinctions and for the purpose , to promote and give support to all activities incidental there to.
- g) To establish, promote or assist in establishing and promoting and subscribe to and become a member or affiliate with any other Association or club whether incorporated or not, whose objects are identical either fully or in part, to the objects of the club, and the establishment or promotion of which may be beneficial to the Association and on a reciprocal basis , may affiliate other club.
- h) To raise money by way of admission fee, coaching fee, subscriptions, sponsorship , donations etc and to grant rights and privilege to subscribers.
- i) To hire and employ secretaries, clerks, managers, coaches, professionals, umpires, scores , servants and workmen and to pay them and other persons in return for services rendered to the Association.
- j) To pay all or any part of the expenses of any match, tour or tournaments.
- k) To invest and deal with the moneys of the Association not immediately required in such manners as may from time to time be determined.
- To lend money to such persons, Associations, Foundations and companies and on such terms & conditions as may seem expedient and beneficial to any of the objects of Association.
- m) To do all such other lawful things as are incidental to or conductive for the attainment of the above object.

- a) That the said Association shall in all respect be subject to and governed by the conditions & provisions contained in its Memorandum of Association.
- b) That no alteration shall be made to the Memorandum of Association of the Association which are for the time being in force, unless the alterations have been previously submitted to and approved by the General Body of the Association .
- The liabilities of members are limited.
- True accounts shall be kept of all sums of monies received and spent by the Association. The account shall be open to the inspection to the members. Once at least in every year, the accounts of the Association shall be examined and the correctness of the Balance Sheet and the Income & Expenditure Account verified by one or more qualified Chartered Accountant(s) duly appointed.
- If upon the winding up or dissolution of the Association there remains , after the satisfaction of the debts and liabilities , any property whatsoever, the same shall be distributed in terms of law of land.
- All the incomes, earning, movable or immovable properties of the Association shall be solely utilized and applies towards the promotion of its aims & objects only as set for in the Memorandum of Association and no portion thereon shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus , profits or in any manner whatsoever , to the present or past members of the Society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present of the past members,. No members of the Association shall have any personal claims on any movable or immovable properties of the Association or make any profit, whatsoever , by virtue of his membership.
